Duration of the AI-pilot can vary between solutions but generally, they will last between 30-60 days with no additional costs.
- There is no additional cost to being included in the AI-pilot. We are excited to be collaborating with our customers to gain feedback and learnings prior to our commercial launch.
- While the AI solutions are being offered at no additional cost, customers will incur additional costs for storage, bandwidth and encoding if it goes beyond existing entitlements.
We are committed to making the pilot easy for customers to participate in. Most of our AI-solutions will simply require entitlements to be added to an existing product. For solutions where we are working with a partner, we will assist you in getting set up through our pilot premium service program which includes support from both our product management and customer service management teams.
As part of the AI-Pilot we are rolling out a pilot premium level service to ensure a great experience for our customers. Premium means support across both product management and customer service management to help influence your onboarding to the offering and to ensure fast resolution times. This team will also be soliciting feedback about your experience to influence the future product roadmap.
As part of the no-cost AI-pilot program you will be expected to participate in at least one feedback session after you are on-boarded so we can learn and improve based on your experience with our new AI- solutions. We will also be asking for approval to use this feedback publicly. Customer approval will be requested prior to finalizing.
Yes, customers will need to accept or sign a pre-release service agreement that focuses on setting expectations around requirements, conditions and exceptions.
We have a pilot premium support team working with our pilot customers. They will assist with onboarding as well as setting you up for frequent touchpoints on how it is going with our AI product manager specialist.
Each Customer’s pre-release services agreement includes details on how we will use your feedback. Customer approval is required as part of the terms of agreement.
Each solution may vary based on the feedback from our pilots. We’ll notify customers as soon as purchasing is available.
You will get early access to pilot our new AI Suite of solutions and realize the potential benefits to your business. You will also be an integral part of our development process and make sure that your voice is heard so we can effectively bring a product to market that reflects customer needs.

Each respective pre-release service agreement form will outline the minimum amount and type of data needed for the respective AI solution you have selected in order to participate and realize the value from the AI-Pilot. .The data will only be used to participate in the pilot program, and in accordance with the Artificial Intelligence Supplemental Terms and where applicable, partner service terms.
As part of this initiative, Brightcove is strengthening its platform by using models from industry leaders like Anthropic, AWS, and Google to deliver excellence and speed of innovation by adding the power of their models to Brightcove’s solutions. Additionally, Brightcove is integrating AI solutions from other partners, including CaptionHub and Frammer.
All current AI- solutions are integrated within the Brightcove Video Cloud Platform. Some solutions may include integration with an approved AI partner.

Each AI Solution is different but in general the process is very easy. All of our solutions are integrated within the Brightcove Video Platform. In instances where we use partners, we have created seamless integrations. Plus our Pilot Premium Service to support an easy onboarding experience.
